President Bola Tinubu has accredited N10 billion Youth Improvement Fund geared toward empowering youths within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
This was disclosed by the Minister of the FCT, Mr. Nyesom Wike, on Monday whereas inaugurating the upgrading of Struggle School/Military Checkpoint Highway and different ancillary roads in Ushafa, Bwari Space Council, Abuja.
The minister acknowledged that the youth empowerment program, slated for inauguration on Thursday, is a part of the federal authorities’s youth empowerment coverage.
The minister recalled that Tinubu created the Girls Affairs Secretariat and the Youth Improvement Secretariat, and appointed a youth to move the youth secretariat.
He emphasised that the president is conscious of youth development within the FCT.
Wike introduced that the quantity is a part of the FCT’s supplementary funds, urging residents to help the Tinubu-led administration’s initiative.
