The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt. Gen. Olufemi Oluyede, has lamented that over 40 per cent of the Nigerian Military personnel had been with out housing lodging.
He said this in Abuja on Thursday throughout the commissioning of the newly constructed Bola Ahmed Tinubu Barracks in Asokoro, Abuja.
