President Bola Tinubu has expressed unhappiness over the passing of Bauchi-based Islamic cleric, Dr Idris Abdulaziz Dutsen Tanshi, who handed away late Thursday. He was 68 years outdated.
In an announcement by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, on Friday, President Tinubu, deeply moved by the loss, mentioned the cleric contributed to moulding tens of millions of youths and different Muslim devoted on the tenets of Islam.
The President extolled Dr Abdulaziz’s efforts in countering the unfold of violent extremism, particularly within the early days of the Boko Haram battle.
