APC Shuts Headquarters Over Kidnapped Director’s Demise

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Thursday introduced the closure of its nationwide secretariat situated at 40, Blantyre Road, Wuse 2 in Abuja.

Based on a memo dated tenth April, 2025 and signed by the social gathering’s Deputy Director of Administration, Ubagba Abel, the closure was to mourn the demise of the social gathering’s Director Of Administration, Hon. Lateef AbdulRaif Adeniji.

Adeniji was reportedly kidnapped about two months in the past in Abuja, and was reportedly killed regardless of fee of N50 million ransom by the social gathering for his freedom.

The memo titled: ‘Secretariat closure for the mourning of the director of administration’, suggested all of the employees to make use of the interval of mourning for sober reflection and prayers for the household and the family members.

“The Nationwide Secretary has accepted the closure of the Nationwide secretariat from all social gathering/work actions with fast impact until Monday 14th April 2025.

“This determination was made after he had acquired the information of the unhappy demise of the Director of Administration, Late Hon. AbdulRaif Adekunle Adeniji,” it reads.
