Sen Gyang Dumps PDP

Senator Istifanus Gyang, who represented Plateau North within the ninth Meeting has resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), citing the celebration’s deviation from democratic rules and lack of people-centric strategy.

Gyang’s determination comes after practically a decade of passionate membership and important contributions to the celebration’s development and success within the state.

In his letter of resignation dated Might 26, 2025, addressed to the PDP Ward chairman, Rafan Ward, B/Ladi LGA, Plateau State, stated the celebration has parted methods with fundamental democratic tenets and is now not individuals centric.
