The Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) has written to the promoters of the proposed All Democratic Alliance (ADA) to acknowledge their utility to be registered as a political occasion in Nigeria.
In a letter dated June 27, 2025, and signed by the Fee’s Secretary, Rose Oriaran-Anthony, INEC confirmed that the applying submitted by ADA’s Protem Nationwide Chairman on June 19, 2025, was into account.
“The Fee is processing your utility in step with the supply of Half 1, clause 2(ii) of our Laws and Pointers for Political Events, 2022,” the letter said.
The Fee concluded its letter by assuring the candidates of its highest regards, a typical however formal indication that the applying can be given due consideration.
If efficiently registered, ADA would be part of a rising checklist of political platforms positioning themselves as alternate options to Nigeria’s dominant events forward of the subsequent electoral cycle in 2027.
