Lagos Govt attributes metropolis flash floods to excessive tides from Atlantic Ocean, Lagos Lagoon 

The Lagos State Authorities has attributed the flash flooding witnessed throughout elements of town to a pure phenomenon often called tidal lock-up, attributable to excessive tide ranges from the Atlantic Ocean and the Lagos Lagoon.
