NDDC commits $5 million to livelihood enchancment venture in three states 

The Niger Delta Growth Fee (NDDC) has dedicated $5 million to assist the implementation of the Livelihood Enchancment and Household Enterprises Mission within the Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) throughout three states.
