“In accordance with my constitutional mandate as the duly elected Vice Chairman, I now assume the responsibilities of the Interim National Chairman,” he said.

He called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to urgently recognize the developments and uphold the integrity of the party’s constitutional order.
