Social Democratic Party (SDP) has kicked towards the Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) over its choice to reject the social gathering’s candidates for the upcoming by-elections in 12 states.
The social gathering argued that it validly nominated its candidates by correctly carried out primaries in accordance with the SDP Structure, the Electoral Act and INEC laws.
