Bauchi Govt Honours 5 Neighborhood Leaders For Humanitarian Companies

In commemoration of the 2025 World Humanitarian Day, the Bauchi State authorities has rewarded 5 distinctive people for his or her selfless service to humanity and neighborhood improvement.

At a ceremony, the commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Catastrophe Administration, Hajara Wanka, recommended the honourees for his or her unwavering dedication to serving their communities.

She stated the awards had been meant to highlight the sacrifices made by bizarre residents who’ve change into pillars of hope of their localities.

Our correspondent reviews that two of the 5 awardees had been recognized by means of a preferred radio programme, Zuwa Da Kai Yafi Sako, which promotes grassroots humanitarian efforts.

Topping the record was the Ward Head of Gwallaga,  Dan’dada Ahmadu, for his decades-long contributions to neighborhood improvement. He acquired N1 million and an Award of Excellence.

Different awardees, together with Mallam Isah Ladan Bagali, Babangida Pelun Abba, Idris Mohammed and Abdullahi Bayan Nitel, went house with accolades and N700,000, N500,000, N250,000 and N200,000 money respectively.

Wanka urged the recipients to stay dedicated and proceed aligning their efforts with the imaginative and prescient of Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed’s administration to uplift the lives of weak residents.
