Opposite to the widespread studies of his arrest over an alleged coup plot, the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Improvement Fee (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on Thursday, addressed agricultural stakeholders at an ongoing two-day strategic assembly in preparation for an upcoming agricultural summit in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Talking on the assembly, which started in Port Harcourt on Thursday, Dr. Ogbuku tasked the South-South area to look past the oil and develop agriculture, which he stated, was able to reworking the area.
The assembly had in attendance, Commissioners of Agriculture in all of the Niger Delta States and their Everlasting Secretaries.
