The settlement emerged throughout a high-level bilateral engagement led by Nigeria’s Minister of Livestock Growth, Idi Mukhtar Maiha, and Morocco’s Minister of Agriculture, Marine Fisheries, Forest and Rural Growth, Ahmed El Bouari.
