The previous director-general of Senator Uba Sani Marketing campaign Council in 2023, Prof. Muhammad Sani Bello (Mainan Zazzau), has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
In his letter of resignation dated January 7, 2026, and addressed to Dogarawa Ward chairman of APC, Bello, an ally of former Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, said that, “That is to let you already know of my resolution to withdraw my membership of the APC with rapid impact.”
“I want to place on report my appreciation for the mutually useful relationship that we’ve shared throughout my membership of the occasion,” Bello mentioned.
Bello, who’s the immediate-past Kaduna State Commissioner of Data, has consequently been appointed member of ADC structure evaluation committee within the opposition occasion’s efforts to gear up for the 2027 basic election.
