“I Can’t Put You In Big Brother House”, Whitemoney Addresses Desperate Applicants

Former Big Brother Naija winner Whitemoney has appealed to Nigerians seeking to participate in the 2026 edition of the reality show to stop flooding his direct messages with requests for assistance.

In a video shared online, the reality TV star said many hopeful contestants wrongly believe he has the influence to secure them a place in the Big Brother Naija house whenever a new season approaches.

According to him, this year’s requests have become overwhelming, prompting him to publicly address the issue and clarify that he has no authority over the selection process.

“My DM is filled up with messages from people asking me to influence their entries into BBNaija. Please, I do not have the power to put you into Big Brother house. Stop sending messages. Every year when the programme is approaching, I keep getting messages. This year’s own is too much,” he said.

Whitemoney further advised aspiring housemates to avoid desperation, warning that it could make them vulnerable to scammers promising fake slots into the show.

The reality star encouraged applicants to follow the official audition process, revealing that he personally auditioned four times before finally making it into the house during the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season.

“I understand that the economy is hard and everyone wants to be famous by going to the Big Brother show. But please, go and audition. Follow the due process. I auditioned 4 times before I was picked. Keep auditioning even if they reject you. And don’t fall victim of scam by giving anyone money to give a BBNaija slot. Be wise about it,” he added.
