BREAKING: Appeal Court Halts Execution of Judgment Deregistering ADC, Others

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has stayed the execution of the Federal High Court judgment delivered by Justice Peter Lifu, which ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to deregister the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and four other political parties.

The order remains halted pending the hearing and ultimate determination of the appeal filed against the lower court’s decision.
