No Terror Will Reign In Nigeria, Says Oyedepo At Dreamland Dedication

The founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, has declared that terrorism will not prevail in Nigeria despite the country’s current security challenges, insisting that lasting peace can only come from God.

Oyedepo made the declaration during the reordination of Pastor Korede Komaiya and his wife, Esther, into church ministry, as well as the dedication of Dreamland, Master’s City, the headquarters of Master’s Place International Church in Warri, Delta State.

Addressing thousands of worshippers, church leaders and guests at the event, the renowned cleric said no government possesses the capacity to guarantee genuine peace, stressing that divine intervention remains Nigeria’s greatest hope.

“No government in this world can give you peace, neither can you find it in the market. It is only God that can give you peace, and no terror shall reign or rule in Nigeria,” Oyedepo declared.

Speaking on the theme: “Why Do We Dedicate Places of Worship,” with Romans 15:4 as his anchor scripture, the bishop explained that church buildings are dedicated because they belong to God, who is the true builder and owner of His Church.

He said every sanctuary is consecrated as a place for God’s presence, salvation and the transformation of lives.

“God is the owner and builder of His Church. Behind every sanctuary is God, so we are dedicating it to the Owner because God builds all things. The glory of God will fill His house, and this sanctuary shall be His habitation and a house of salvation,” he said.

Oyedepo congratulated Pastor Korede Komaiya, his wife and the entire Master’s Place International Church family on the completion and dedication of the worship centre, praying for greater grace and consistency in their ministry.

“Congratulations. The best is yet to come. Receive fresh grace today to remain faithful and consistent with God. To this church family, congratulations,” he added.

In his remarks, Pastor Komaiya expressed gratitude to God for the successful completion of the project and appreciated the ministers and guests whose presence made the occasion memorable.

“We are grateful to God for the gift of men and for the lives that continue to impact generations through their ministries. To God alone be all the glory,” he said.

The event also featured the International Founders Conference 2026 and attracted thousands of worshippers, ministers and dignitaries from across the country.

Among those in attendance were Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Pastor Poju Oyemade, Pastor Bolaji Idowu, Rev. Tony Akinyemi, Rev. Samuel Olubiyo and Pastor Yemi Davids, alongside several other church leaders.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the special impartation and anointing of Pastor Korede Komaiya and his wife by Bishop Oyedepo, who pronounced prophetic blessings and prayers over their lives and ministry.
