A federal judge has officially signed an order handing over cash and electronics seized from Sean “Diddy” Combs to the United States government.
Judge Arun Subramanian authorized federal authorities to take permanent possession of the items, which include multiple iPhones, iPads, hard drives, and $9,000 in cash confiscated during his September 2024 arrest in New York.
The court order was finalized after no legal claims were filed to contest the forfeiture within the required 30-day window following public notice.
The items were originally seized during federal raids on the musician’s properties in 2024 before his criminal trial. Combs is currently serving a sentence in federal prison following his conviction on two charges related to prostitution.
