Ariana Grande Lands Sixth No. 1 Album in Australia as Petal Tops ARIA Chart

Ariana Grande is celebrating another chart triumph after her latest album, Petal, debuted at No. 1 on Australia’s ARIA Albums Chart.

The milestone gives the pop superstar her sixth chart-topping album in Australia, adding to an impressive run that includes My Everything, Dangerous Woman, Sweetener, Thank U, Next and Eternal Sunshine. She also reached the top of the chart last year alongside Cynthia Erivo with the Wicked: For Good soundtrack.

Petal also dominated vinyl sales during the latest chart week and made an equally strong impact on the ARIA Singles Chart, with 12 songs landing in the Top 50, including several Top 10 entries.

Grande leads an all-female top three on this week’s albums chart. Olivia Rodrigo climbs to No. 2 with You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, while Olivia Dean follows at No. 3 with The Art of Loving.

Elsewhere, Australian indie rock band Dice celebrates a career-best chart performance as I Thought the Altitude Would Make It Worth the View debuts at No. 13, comfortably surpassing the No. 27 peak achieved by its debut album, Midnight Zoo, in 2024.

Electronic music duo PNAU also returns to the chart with AHHCade, which opens at No. 33, adding another ARIA chart entry to the group’s catalogue.
