Nigerian content creator Peller has shaved his head in solidarity with his wife, Jarvis, after she faced criticism and insults over her decision to cut her hair.
In a video shared online, Peller was seen at a barbershop explaining that he wanted to shave his hair in the same style as his wife to surprise her.
He said …
“I want to barb skolo to surprise my wife. Because she barb skolo, everybody is abusing her and talking a lot about her.”
He subsequently picked up the clipper and shaved his hair.
A later segment of the video captured the moment Peller surprised Jarvis with his new hairstyle, with the content creator appearing delighted by the gesture.
The couple could be seen hilariously showing off their shaved heads in the viral video.
Jarvis had previously shaved her hair ahead of her traditional and white wedding ceremonies with Peller, a decision that attracted mixed reactions on social media.
