Nigerian content creator, Jarvis has made a startling revelation about the ₦400 million mansion her husband, Peller, received from real estate mogul, King Ochacho.
It would be recalled that King Ochacho gifted the mansion on August 1, 2026, during the couple lavish traditional wedding in Lagos.

₦400M Mansion During Livestream
During a livestream with Peller, Jarvis disclosed that the mansion is yet to be completed.
However, Peller swiftly responded, informing Jarvis that it would be completed before the year wraps up.
Although Jarvis claimed that the mansion is nowhere near completion, Peller disagreed and threatened to remove her from the livestream.
”I’m trying to explain things to you. It’s better to look at it that way so that you won’t be over expectant“, She stated.
According to Peller, the finishing touches include painting and roofing.
Peller’s Conversation With Ochacho’s Wife
Earlier, Gistreel reported that Peller recounted how his conversation with the wife of billionaire estate mogul, King Ochacho played out.
During a livestream, Peller opened up on the rising streaming numbers of Iceking’s songs, highlighting his career as one of Nigeria’s fast-rising artists.
According to the TikToker, Ochacho’s wife questioned his decision to support their son, noting that he was doing it voluntarily.
Speaking further, he disclosed that Iceking has garnered over 186,000 streams on Apple Music.
According to Peller, he would announce the beneficiaries of Ochacho’s $1 million giveaway to promote his son’s upcoming album after a review with the billionaire in Abuja.
“I would unveil it maybe on Friday or Saturday. We’re not stopping there more are coming,” He added.
