Tinubu, Macron Hold Private Dinner In Paris

President Bola Tinubu on Thursday night held a private dinner with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in Paris, France.

The meeting was disclosed on Friday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a post on his X handle.

According to Onanuga, the dinner reflected the enduring relationship between Nigeria and France as well as the commitment of both countries to strengthening bilateral cooperation.

Tinubu is currently in France as part of his vacation in Europe.

The President had travelled to Europe for his annual leave and is expected to return to Abuja this weekend.

The private dinner with Macron came as Tinubu continued his stay in France, where he has been taking his vacation.

Tinubu is expected back in the Federal Capital Territory this weekend to resume his official duties.
