ARISE 2026: Iluyomade Urges Women To Move From Talk To Impact

The 2026 edition of the ARISE Women Movement will challenge the women across generations to move beyond conversations about change and focus on creating measurable impact in society.

The annual gathering is scheduled to be held from Saturday, 31st October to Sunday, 1st November, 2026, at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Themed: “IMPACT,” the 2026 edition is being positioned by the organisers as a transformational gathering focused on leadership, empowerment, service and social impact.

The organisers said the theme was designed to encourage women to reflect on their individual contributions to society and ask a critical question: “What impact am I making?”

They described ARISE 2026 as “Transformational. Monumental. Unstoppable. Impact,” stressing that the objective was to inspire participants to translate ideas and inspiration into tangible results.

At the centre of the movement is Pastor Siju Iluyomade, whose vision has provided a platform for women from diverse professional, social and generational backgrounds to connect around purpose, leadership, compassion and service.

Under her leadership, the organisers said ARISE had evolved from an annual gathering into a wider movement focused on inspiring women, empowering communities, supporting vulnerable people and encouraging women to use their influence for positive change.

The organisers said the 2025 edition provided an atmosphere of celebration, inspiration and networking, but noted that the 2026 gathering would build on that foundation with greater emphasis on practical initiatives and measurable outcomes.

“2025 was great. 2026 will be greater,” the organisers declared.

A major feature of the movement’s social intervention is the Pink Buckets initiative, through which support has been provided to less privileged and vulnerable members of society.

According to the organisers, the initiative demonstrates that the value of a movement should not be judged solely by the size of its audience or its publicity, but by the number of lives it positively affects.

“True impact is not measured only by applause or headlines. It is measured by lives touched,” they stated.

The 2026 conference is expected to bring together women from different sectors and generations for discussions on business, leadership, family, community development, service, health and giving.

The programme will also provide opportunities for inspiration, networking, knowledge sharing, and empowerment, while encouraging participants to identify practical ways to make a difference in their families, workplaces, and communities.
