Temi Nkem has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11, taking home the N160 million prize package after 70 days in the “Show Ya Sef” house.
The 21-year-old model and student, whose real name is Temitope Chigbue, claimed the title after a dramatic finale that saw Barry, Oyin, Ricky, Flora, Tram and Bluethopia evicted in succession.
Temi, Aikou and Sheba had emerged as the final three before the winner was announced.
Her victory provides a fitting ending to a season in which Temi repeatedly stood out for her distinctive personality. One of her most memorable moments came during an earlier fake eviction, when she believed her time in the House was over. Rather than breaking down, she waved goodbye and reportedly declared “Chakam” as she walked out, only for the eviction to be revealed as a twist.
The moment became one of the more unusual scenes of her BBNaija journey and now takes on a different meaning following her victory.
Temi had also been unusually candid about her personality before entering the House, describing herself as egotistical and admitting she could be “very revengeful” when her ego was hurt.
After surviving 70 days of competition, Temi Nkem has now gone from a housemate saying “Chakam” on a fake eviction night to the BBNaija Season 11 champion.
