RCCG Pastor Commended for Repaying Overpaid AED430 in Morocco

A pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Olusegun Oluleye, has been commended in Morocco for repaying AED430 (192,000 Naira) that was overpaid to him by a money changer.

Oluleye, who works at the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC, was commended for his honesty at a seminar organised by North East Consultancy Limited.

Oluleye, in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) Abuja, said the incident took place at a foreign exchange bureau in Morocco.

He reported that upon discovering the error, he immediately informed the Chief Executive Officer of North East Consultancy Limited, Ahmed Gombe, adding that Gombe verified the overpayment and prompted the shop owner to order the refund.

“I am always happy with what I have and believe in giving back what is not mine,” he said. said.

“I encourage Nigerians to remain honest and act as ambassadors for their country wherever they go.”

Gombe For his part, Oluleye was described as “an outstanding participant in the workshop” and praised for his “outstanding” conduct and exemplary demeanor. ”

The Moroccan Tourism Board and local police also praised Oluleye’s integrity and described him as a “true ambassador” for Nigeria.
