A chieftain of the New Nigeria Individuals’s Party (NNPP), Buba Galadima, has dismissed the likelihood that the strongman of Kano politics, Rabiu Kwankwaso, would be a part of forces with President Bola Tinubu for him to win a re-election in 2027.
Galadima, who was a visitor on Channels Tv’s Politics In the present day programme on Monday, mentioned the Tinubu presidency has handled Kwankwaso and the NNPP badly in Kano by backing the ousted Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado-Bayero, regardless of Governor Abba Kabir of the NNPP eradicating him.
“How can a Kwankwaso be a pal of the APC with what they’re doing to us in Kano? Appointing two emirs in a single city? There’s a Federal Authorities emir and a state emir. Who’s chargeable for appointing emirs and paying them their salaries?
