Concern As Rotimi Salami Raises Alarm Over Filmmaker Belinda Onyinye

Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has expressed deep concern over filmmaker Belinda Onyinye following a troubling post she shared online.

Belinda had taken to social media to urge fans, colleagues, and followers not to reach out to her, writing that she “just wants to be gone,” a message that quickly sparked worry among industry peers.

Reacting, Rotimi revealed he immediately tried to contact her but was unable to reach her as her phone was switched off. He called on anyone close to the filmmaker to urgently check on her whereabouts.

“Does anyone know who lives with her or stays close? I tried calling, but her number is out of service. Is there anyone who can help check on her? I am worried… her last posts are suggestive,” he wrote.

Several colleagues also reacted with concern. Actress Faithia Williams prayed for her safety, while Olayinka Solomon and Adewunmi Fatai confirmed that her phone was unreachable.

In a related development, Olayinka also raised the alarm about actor Pauldgoodguy after he shared a disturbing message online, prompting calls for those close to him to check on his well-being.

The situation comes amid a difficult period for Rotimi Salami, who was recently hospitalised and also lost a close friend and colleague, Allwell Ademola.
