To Kill A Monkey is a story of a struggling father who is enticed into the lucrative world of cybercrime. He faced a moral minefield in which every choice led him to greater compromises.
The movie, which premiered on the streaming platform Netflix, has captivated several viewers.
Already, a few other awards have been given, with the MTV Shuga winning the
Best Writing TV Series. The award night is set to reward more creatives at the AMVCA, with more winners exuding triumph and tears of joy, and the losers feeling it.
