Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has sparked reactions after hinting that her divorce from her estranged husband, Frederick Leonard, has finally been concluded.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the actress expressed gratitude to God, sharing a brief message that many interpreted as confirmation that the legal process had come to an end.
“Thank you, Jesus. It is done,” she wrote.
Peggy also reposted a congratulatory message from her colleague, Angela Eguavoen, who celebrated the development with the words, “My queen is free!! Hallelujah.”
The latest update comes months after Peggy publicly accused Frederick of having an affair with a married woman with children. She also alleged that the actor repeatedly delayed their divorce proceedings by failing to appear in court after being served legal papers.
