Hajiya Aisha Sayyadi Abubakar, wife of the Emir of Ringim in Jigawa State, Dr. Sayyafi Abubakar Mahmud, passed away today, Wednesday, at the age of 83.
Hajiya Aisha died in the early hours of Wednesday after a protracted illness.
According to a source close to the family, her funeral prayer will take place at the Emir’s palace in Ringim by 3 p.m.
She is survived by her husband and six children, including two senior council members of the Ringim Emirate: Usman Sayyadi Abubakar, Chiroman Ringim, and Mukhtar Sayyadi Abubakar, Tafidan Ringim
