Osun Election: Early Arrival Of Voters At Polling Units in Ede

Electorate at various polling units arrived early this morning at different polling units, waiting for the arrival of election officials in Ede, Osun West Senatorial District of the state.

At Ogooluwa Kitan 1, voters arrived as early as 7:00 a.m., while the officials arrived at 7:18 a.m. to prepare for the exercise.

At Orisunbare Village, Polling Unit 001, Area Code 005, Ede South Local Government Area, Local Government Area Code 008, voters were seen sitting down, while officials were seen displaying some information needed for the election.

Despite the restriction on the movement of both vehicles and people, some people were seen moving from one place to another, while others were still going about their activities in their personal vehicles.

At Alajiwe 1, Polling Unit 009, voters were also seen sitting and waiting for the commencement of the exercise.

The governor arrived at his polling unit at Abogunde Compound with a large entourage to cast his vote at 8:30 a.m.

At Ede South Local Government Area, the elderly were not left out of the electoral process.

Also, out to cast their votes were people living with disabilities.
