“He doesn’t make noise about it” — Ubi Franklin claims Kizz Daniel has ₦9–10bn property empire

Music executive, Ubi Franklin has claimed that Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has built the biggest real estate portfolio among Nigerian artists, allegedly worth between ₦9 billion and ₦10 billion.

Franklin, who is associated with Afrobeats star Davido, made the claim while discussing the investments and financial portfolios of some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars.

According to him, Kizz Daniel has quietly accumulated significant properties without publicly drawing attention to his wealth.

Franklin said, “Kizz Daniel has the biggest real estate portfolio among Nigerian artists, worth around ₦9–10 billion, but he doesn’t make noise about it.”

Ubi Franklin compares Kizz Daniel with Davido, Burna Boy

The claim has drawn attention because Kizz Daniel is often recognised primarily for his music career and hit songs, rather than for publicly showcasing his investments.

Franklin further suggested that Davido is the closest among Nigerian artists to Kizz Daniel in terms of real estate holdings, while Burna Boy is also building his property portfolio.

He said, “Only Davido comes close, while Burna Boy is also coming up.”

The comments have sparked fresh discussions online about how Nigerian entertainers invest their earnings outside music, particularly in property and other long-term assets.

Fans react to Kizz Daniel’s property wealth

The claim has also renewed interest in Kizz Daniel’s financial achievements and relatively private lifestyle.

While Franklin’s figures have not been independently verified, the statement has generated conversations among fans about the singer’s investments and the extent of his wealth away from the spotlight.

The discussion also highlights the growing trend among Nigerian musicians of investing substantial portions of their earnings in assets that can provide long-term financial security.
