Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu was reportedly among guests who could not gain entry to Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe’s thanksgiving ceremony for their triplet sons in Lagos.
The celebration, held on Wednesday, brought together family members, friends and several personalities from the entertainment industry as the couple marked the arrival of their three boys.
However, reports making the rounds online claimed that Chukwu was stopped at the venue’s entrance by security personnel.
The reported incident came after event planner Omobolale Gold had released strict access guidelines ahead of the ceremony. The rules stated that only guests with the appropriate access card or designated Aso Ebi would be admitted, while uninvited bloggers and content creators accompanying vendors were also excluded.
It remains unclear why Chukwu was denied entry. Reports have not established whether she lacked the required access card, was missing from the guest list or whether there was another misunderstanding at the entrance.
The situation has since generated conversation online, particularly because Chukwu is herself a familiar face in Nollywood and the event attracted several of the couple’s colleagues.
The actress has not publicly addressed the reported incident.
The celebration came after months of excitement surrounding the couple’s growing family. Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe had previously introduced their three sons during an intimate naming ceremony in May, giving the boys the names Rahman, Raheem and Rakeeb.
