Olori Atuwatse III, wife of the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, has stated that the monarch remains firm in his resolve against practising polygamy.
Speaking during an interview with the BBC, the queen humorously remarked that her personality alone is equivalent to three women, making her more than enough for her husband.
She also addressed her royal fashion choices, explaining that covering her hair while in “queen mode” is a sign of respect for her crown and office rather than a restriction.
The queen added that she actively influences the monarch’s style choices, describing herself as his personal stylist.
