Kira Taiwo, daughter of veteran Nollywood actor,Taiwo Hassan, has revealed why her father can’t be flown abroad for medical treatment.
Earlier, Kira publicly appealed online for information on hospitals or traditional treatment centers to treat her father, who is battling stage 4 cancer.
Kira Speaks On Father’s Abroad Treatment
In an Instagram post, she revealed that while her father was granted an Indian visa, he is not medically fit to travel abroad for cancer treatment.
Kira further stressed that she is not seeking financial aid, only recommendations for her father’s treatment.
”If you have anyone that can help us please. Senator Adeola Yayi is ready and he’s been the one supporting us financially.All we need is someone that can treat him“, The post reads in part.
Taiwo Hassan Opens Up On 7-Year Battle With Chronic Ulcer
Earlier, the actor opened up about a long health struggle, revealing that he battled chronic ulcer for seven years.
According to him, the illness was extremely severe and he couldn’t eat normal food for years.
Meanwhile, it got to a point where he had to pray while sitting down because standing or lying flat brought too much pain, and he lost a drastic amount of weight.
