The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan, are reportedly preparing to relocate from the United States back to the United Kingdom, where they have enrolled their children in local schools.
According to reports, the couple plans to move to a private residence situated outside London later this month. They have registered their children, seven-year-old Prince Archie and five-year-old Princess Lilibet, in British schools for the upcoming academic term.
King Charles III was reportedly informed of the planned relocation, marking a significant step following the family’s visit to the United Kingdom in July. The monarch welcomed the opportunity to spend more time with the Sussex family in a personal capacity.
However, palace official channels confirmed that there will be no change to the couple’s official standing, as they will remain private individuals and non-working members of the Royal Family.
The move comes six years after the couple stepped back from royal duties and relocated to California in 2020.
