Governor Oyebanji Proceeds On Annual Leave 

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, will proceed on a two-week annual leave, starting from Monday, August 24, 2026.
The two-week leave, according to a statement signed by the Special Adviser (Media) to the Governor, Olayinka Oyebode, is part of the Governor’s statutory annual leave entitlement.
However, Governor Oyebanji while on leave will continue to attend to crucial matters relating to governance and administration of the State.
The governor will resume office on Monday, September 7, 2026.
This is the second time Governor Oyebanji will be proceeding on leave since assuming office on October 16, 2022.
