2027: PRP Candidate Pledges Effective Representation For Oji River/Awgu/Aninri

As the 2027 general elections approach, the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) candidate for the Oji River/Awgu/Aninri Federal Constituency of Enugu State, Hon. Chidi Jideofor, has pledged to provide effective and people-oriented representation if elected.

Jideofor, under the campaign slogan, “Ezigbo Nnochite Anya 2027,” said his aspiration was anchored on service, accountability, accessibility and delivering tangible results to constituents.

He said the people of Oji River, Awgu and Aninri deserved a representative who would listen to their concerns, effectively articulate their interests and attract meaningful development to the constituency.

According to him, his agenda will focus on critical areas including road infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, youth and women empowerment, employment, entrepreneurship and economic development.

Jideofor said public office should be regarded as a responsibility entrusted to leaders by the people, stressing the need for transparency, accountability and regular engagement with constituents.

He also pledged to work with traditional and community leaders, professionals, businesses, youths, women and other stakeholders to advance the interests of the constituency.

The PRP candidate said the constituency had significant human, agricultural, commercial and cultural potential which, if properly harnessed through effective federal representation and strategic partnerships, could accelerate development.

He called on the people of Oji River, Awgu and Aninri to support his aspiration for what he described as a new approach to representation, with the welfare and development of constituents at its centre.

“Ezigbo Nnochite Anya 2027” means good representation, people first and progress for all.
