The Grammy-winning singer is said to have reached the figure through the combined views of videos on his official YouTube channel, where his music continues to attract audiences around the world.
The achievement would make Burna Boy the first Nigerian and reportedly the first artiste from Sub-Saharan Africa to reach four billion views on the platform.
It adds to his growing list of digital milestones. In 2021, he was reported to have become the first Nigerian artiste to surpass one billion total YouTube views.
Several of his biggest songs have contributed significantly to his online following, including On The Low, Ye, Last Last and For My Hand, which have each accumulated millions of views.
