‎‎Soundcity On Tour 2026 is set to take live music, talent auditions and campus entertainment to twenty tertiary institutions across Nigeria, following its expansion from 10 institutions at its 2023 debut.

‎The tour, powered by Rite Foods Limited’s BIGI and Fearless Energy Drink brands, has already visited Pan-Atlantic University, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Yaba College of Technology, University of Lagos, University of Uyo, University of Calabar, Obafemi Awolowo University and University of Ibadan.

‎‎The University of Lagos leg attracted more than 5,000 students despite heavy rainfall, with performances from emerging artistes and established acts including Qing Madi, Falz, Joeboy, Wande Coal and Mr P of P-Square.

‎‎At a media session in Lagos, ‎Brand Manager, BIGI, Biola Aransiola, said the partnership with Soundcity was aimed at giving emerging talents opportunities to showcase their abilities.

‎‎Aransiola said young people with creative abilities could also gain exposure through the activities organised during the tour.

‎Brand Manager, Sosa Fruit Drink, ‎Ruth Mark, said the programme brings talents together and allows them to demonstrate their abilities.

‎The three-day campus programme features BIGI Music auditions, trade activation and, on the final day, the Soundcity On Tour concert, BIGI Music grand finale and Fearless Dance Competition.

‎The tour moves to the University of Port Harcourt, with subsequent stops planned across other tertiary institutions through October.
