American singer-songwriter Chlöe Bailey has joined a growing list of international stars celebrating Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Ayra Starr’s latest studio album, Starrgirl.

Bailey, who reacted to the 16-track project on social media, praised the singer for what she described as an impressive body of work, telling Ayra Starr that she “ate” with the album.

The American star further expressed her admiration for the Nigerian singer, writing on Instagram, “You are most definitely a star.”

Her endorsement adds to the wave of support the album has received from prominent names in the global music industry since its release.

Nigerian singer Tems also urged her followers to listen to the project, encouraging fans to “add this to your library immediately.”

American singer Justine Skye and Grammy-winning songwriter and musician Leon Thomas equally joined the online celebration, lending their voices to the growing international recognition of Ayra Starr’s latest offering.
