Gov Uba Sani Gives 255 Plots Of Land, Cash To 255 APC Ward Chairmen

Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani, has allocated 255 plots of land with cash to the 255 All Progressives Congress (APC) ward chairmen across the state ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The director-general of the Kaduna Geographic Information Service (KADGIS), Bashir Garba Ibrahim, who represented Governor Sani at a capacity building workshop held in Kaduna at the weekend said the allocation was part of the governor’s commitment to empowering party stakeholders and strengthening grassroots participation.

Sani said the training was designed to equip APC grassroots leaders with the skills to deploy modern communication tools to promote the party’s candidates, mobilise voters, communicate government programmes and counter misinformation.

He tasked APC ward and local government leaders to counter propaganda and misinformation against the party and its candidates especially on the social media platforms.

Sani called on party members to defend the APC, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his administration, as well as the Kaduna State government.

The governor said the party should not remain silent while opponents allegedly flooded the social media space with, “lies and propaganda.”

He enumerated the achievements of the APC government in Kaduna State, which included the construction of roads, schools and hospitals, as well as ongoing efforts to improve security and infrastructure.

The governor urged the party’s grass root leaders to intensify mobilisation across communities. “APC members should engage traders, religious leaders, politicians, associations and other groups ahead of the elections convince them to vote our party and all candidates” he said.
